Good N Crazy came about because two people wanted to do something really special in the world.
After spending many years working for others, Cheryl and Erin one day asked themselves, “What do WE want to do?”
The question was thought-provoking.
The answers were many, including – wake up each day excited to create positive change, help others unleash their potential, create a positive space for those seeking to advance their creative ideas, and much, much more.
Erin and Chery’s bottom line was to raise the vibration on the planet - to make a real difference by not only working in their joy, but by helping others to do the same. To that end, Good N Crazy co-founders Erin Strayer and Cheryl Bassitt created a unique ecosystem designed to support others on their journey to success.
From writers, influencers, and inventors, to solopreneurs and humanitarians, Good N Crazy is the perfect private networking and educational environment for these W.I.S.H.preneurs to connect the dots from concept to launch and beyond.

I’m known as CG to my 6 grandchildren. They think it stands for Cheryl Grandma... it really stands for Crazy Grandma! My love for family and life drives me to live for today, have joy in everything I do, and create positive experiences in everything I do, especially in the relationships I form. This is purely an extension of my humor, my desire to do good in the world, and spread joy. You will also see me show up with my mini zoo that is ever growing…Creating one big Family. My big hairy, audacious goal is to open the Unstoppable Connections Ranch and host Good N Crazy Retreats for families and leaders!
Erin Strayer
CO-FOUNDER
Crazy in a different way, you will find me out in nature dropping trees and splitting wood. There is nothing like getting away from the city, getting unplugged, and getting dirty. With a daughter who’s married and a son in his teenage years, I recently became a grandma to one beautiful baby girl whose smile lights up the world. Full of life and making the most of every day, what drives me is leadership, mentoring, and consulting other female business owners to show up better, leave a legacy, and break out of being their best-kept secret.

Margaret Mills is truly a Renaissance Woman. She is an international Business Resiliency consultant with a multinational technology corporation with operations in over 170 countries. She is an emotional Intelligence coach working with over 1000 individuals and entrepreneurs, creating strong businesses and families through emotional intelligence programs. Margaret is also a spiritual and energy coach, teaching people how to enhance their mindset, connect with their higher power and manifest with and through the non-physical realms. She is a mom, a grandmother, a plant medicine guide, an artist, poet, songwriter, a tree hugger, a plant whisperer, and sky diver.
Ednethia Thomas
Having a wholistic approach to financial literacy, Ednethia Thomas coaches her clients through credit repair, tax preparation, financial planning and business structure. She is known as "The Bridge Builder" providing opportunities to bring entrepreneurs and individuals together creating "something special".
Tess Rogers
Tess has been a Silicon Valley recruiter since 1993. She started her own boutique recruiting firm in 1999 and earned the reputation of aligning with top VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners. With clients such as Google (pre and post IPO), Twitter (incubator), Facebook (early stage '06-'07). Tess is instrumental in updating and educating in key markets and fosters the hiring process of CEOs, VPs, CFO, Directors and key engineering searches.
Paulina Lara
Attorney, Public speaker and Coach, Paulina Lara teaches moms how to have it all including balance AND joy! With 2 decades of legal practice representing Fortune 500 companies and being a single super mom, Pauliana is an expert in obtaining and enjoying the "both/and" in life.
Rich Sanderson
After nearly 20 years moving up inside the Ford Motor Company as an engineering and production manager, Rich Sanderson took a leap of faith and accepted a position with the cutting edge global company of Tesla. Working along side the greats and within the zero emissions sustainable clean energy engines was a place Mr. Sanderson excelled. Now, nearly 10 years later, he has travelled the world auditing and sourcing suppliers, teams, engineers and other resources for the ever-growing Tesla vehicles and energy products. Rich has also supported SpaceX in product design and supplier sourcing as they explore the universe.

Jim Strayer
Jim Strayer serves as a logistic specialist for over 3 decades specializing in great customer service, safety and top notch employee relations and satisfaction. Jim (aka Survivor Man), lives off the land, is a Board Member, Chairman of Forest and Game & Nominations Committees... all assisting to manage 18,080 Acres of forest and wildlife habitat. Striving to ensure the delicate balance of the animals, trees, plants, water ways, maintaining the natural habitat and the eco system. While he may be called to the wild, he is also called to be a husband, a dad and a grandpa. He loves teaching and shares his love of the land with his wife and son.

With over 20 years of experience both as a webmaster and as a graphic designer, Florin Putura currently freelances for many companies. Having formed deep relationships with business owners, Florin has garnered the respect and appreciation for his attention to detail and creative eye for design. Florin always goes the extra mile, yet stays on target to meet deadlines and established goals. His sense of humor and love for family drive him to continue to create amazing visual online presences for companies.
Carol ‘Pinky’ Michalski
With over 30 years of owning a retail business and selling successfully, Pinky is no stranger to navigating vendors, customers, stock, holiday's, recessions and employees. Her extensive tenure as a retail owner positions her as a go-to expert resource for anyone in the retail space. She is an accomplished gardener, baker and homesteader. Pinky loves people hard! She is a wife, mother and grandmother.
Mel Morse
Mel recently stepped aside from her career serving as the right hand go-to person for a medical college where she coordinated physicians, interns &new med students. Being responsible for all the events, reviews, licensing and protocols, her role was a difficult one to replace. Segueing into Real Estate, Mel continues to serve people at the highest level with her amazing way of connecting to people. She brings this detailed, balanced energy and skill into Good N Crazy acting as the liaison between all the teams and members.
Dale H. Collier
As a cashflow and for-benefit organization architect, Dale raises the bar of “banking on yourself” to include higher standards for a higher purpose. He counsels clients on an alternative to traditional financial literacy, with the goal of forever breaking the generational curse of bondage, scarcity and poverty mindsets.
Larry Tyler
